Costs & Sponsor: The US$34,000 for this school was raised in 2023, by BK2S members and friends, together with a generous contribution from the Karl-Zünd Foundation of Switzerland.

Children: 100 - 150, from 5 to 15 years old, girls and boys in equal numbers.

Teachers: 2 teachers, employed by the Senegal public education board.

School building: Reinforced concrete, 140m2, two classrooms.

Construction: Managed by buildOn, groundbreaking in March, completion in June 2024. The Chipoza community proudly contributed 1,429 volunteer work days to the building of their new school!
